I realize that confrontations, yelling, and any sort of anger
are strictly prohibited. If any sort of conflict arises I will not
confront the situation, but rather, remove myself from the situation
immediately, even if that means leaving the game. |

I realize that RecBasketball.com/Universal Whistles LLC is running
the league, not the gym or school being used. The gym or school has
nothing to do with this league and can in no way can be held liable. |

I realize that I may be suspended from league play and that even
though this is a ‘pay per play’ league, suspensions will carry
no refund. I will accept the authority of all RecBasketball.com
Officials & Staff.

I realize that this league is based on High School federation
rules with some variations for recreational play.

I assume responsibility for my actions/words/behavior. I realize
that the referees have a duty to give technical fouls for
infractions of certain rules.

I will make sure I read the rules contained in the
Captain's/Team Guidebook located at www.RecBasketball.com and
abide by those rules.

I understand it is our team's responsibility to make sure all
our players are non-violent, recreational players, and further
understand that we, as a team, can be held accountable for any
of our players' actions.

This release applies to the referees, the gymnasium, the league,
and the city. I acknowledge that injuries are a part of sports
and I assume responsibility for any injuries to myself.

I realize that I will be held financially accountable for
damages I personally do to walls, chairs, or any part of the
gym/facility even if accidental.

I am familiar with methods of conducting basketball and the
inherent risk of physical injury. I hereby waive, relinquish,
and release any an all right to claim to damages, which may
occur to myself. I acknowledge that RecBasketball.com/Universal
Whistles LLC will not supply medical insurance or accident
insurance.
