Those who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding the current league they are playing in. RecBasketball.com does not solicit or share info with other organizations.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy statement, and once (sometimes twice) a year we send out a league flyer letting teams/individuals know the start of the new year’s sessions. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post them to our Web site and provide everyone with the ability to opt out at that time. If you are concerned about how your information is being used, check our Web site periodically for information.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally intended by e-mailing us at the above address or by writing us. RecBasketball.com, as a subsidiary of Universal Whistles LLC, reserves the right to refuse service/entry to any player or team we deem necessary. RecBasketball.com’s Official Rules & Policies are listed on our Web site in the team captain’s/player’s handbook. It is updated regularly so please read and make sure teammates are also aware of league rules & policies before signing up for any/every new session.
